Zain Empower – Elevating Customer Experience at Zain Kuwait

In our unwavering commitment to innovation and customer-centricity, Zain Kuwait is proud to announce the implementation of the "Max" activation assistance feature, a result of Zainiac’s “Customers First” campaign. Through this campaign, we have been able to identify and implement a service that directly addresses customer needs by simplifying the activation process for entertainment platforms, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free customer experience.

This idea was implemented through the collaboration of the Zain Kuwait Marketing Team (Content and Partnerships), Marcom, Partner Co-ordination and Mystery Shopping Team, Training Team, and the Vanguard Owner – Abbas Terani.

The "Max" activation assistance feature allows customers to receive personalized assistance from a dedicated Maxpert – a specialist trained to assist them in activating all entertainment platforms and address any questions or concerns they may have. The service is offered free of charge, underscoring our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

This service is now available at the following Zain branches

The process is simple and customer-friendly; when a customer subscribes to one of the Max plans through any of the above Zain branches, the branch agent directs the customer to a Maxpert. For branches that do not provide this service, the branch agent informs the customer of the availability of this service through the branches mentioned above.

The Maxpert will then assist the customer in understanding the various Over-The-Top (OTT) services available and what they offer, including TOD, Starz Play, Disney+, and OSN+. Following this, customers are guided through the OTT activation process, which includes unpacking the hotspot/router and inserting the data SIM card, downloading the Zain KW app and using it to activate all OTTs, and assisting the customer in downloading each OTT app and logging in.

For customers who prefer not to unpack their router/hotspot, the OTT activation can be conducted via the dummy or OMNI screen.
