Announcing the winners of the Mental Health and Digital Accessibility Challenges!

Dear Zainers,

We are thrilled to announce the winners of the Mental Health and Digital Accessibility challenges held in the past few weeks!

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your exceptional ideas. The Vanguard have carefully evaluated all the submissions from across Zain, and after much deliberation, they have chosen the outstanding winners. We extend our warmest congratulations to the winners of:

Mental Health Challenge: During this sprint, attendees were taught a new innovation technique that helps people solve problems by determining their root causes. They then submitted their ideas to Zainiac on how they and all employees can address wellness challenges in the workplace to minimize their adverse impacts.

Digital Accessibility Challenge: During this boot camp, participants had the opportunity to provide invaluable feedback on enhancing the accessibility of the Zainiac website using Web accessibility tools. This enabled our Zainers to actively contribute to the development of a more inclusive and user-friendly digital platform. Their valuable insights and contributions will be instrumental in our ongoing efforts to make significant improvements.

  • Durr Thamer from Zain Iraq is the winner of this exciting boot camp! As a reward, she has won a cutting-edge 5th-generation Alexa Echo Dot.
