Together, over the past couple of years, we have collaboratively shown what an innovative company Zain can be. This year around, our focus is on internal innovation.

We know the best source of insights and ideas comes from those who really know the company - YOU. We have seen the power of sharing amazing ideas – big or small. Collectively your innovations can make a huge difference.

We are pleased to announce our first quarterly campaign, which will run from 31 Jan to 30 Mar 2023 – YOUth and Beyond – Innovate to Elevate

We are looking for ideas that solve the following for our youth:

  • Empowering talented individuals
  • Improve youth wellbeing
  • Improve education
  • Prepare for financial independence

The best ideators will be recognized and rewarded at the end of every quarter.
