We are proud to share that National Innovation Day was a success across Zain! On February 16th, our innovators came together to engage employees in exciting events with the goal to encourage users to submit their innovative ideas to Zainiac. The theme of these events was Play and Innovate, with the events including games of all sorts to encourage community, discussion, and ultimately the unique ideas that grow from this. Some highlights of these events included Zain Kuwait’s vigorous table tennis tournament, Zain Jordan’s DIY Pictionary, Zain Bahrain’s scavenger hunt, and much more. Unveiling The Vanguard

As exciting as the games were, the true highlight of these events was the reveal of The Vanguard. Employees were introduced to The Vanguard members in their respective Opcos and had the opportunity to converse with them and understand their role within Zainiac. This allowed The Vanguard to begin building relationships with the very employees they will be working with to welcome innovative ideas at Zain. Games were played, discussions were had, ideas were submitted, and innovation truly began to flow across all Opcos. We are excited to see what comes next.
