ZAINIAC's World Creativity and Innovation Day events showcased innovative approaches across our OPCOs.

Zain Bahrain conducted a unique event where participants painted for 10 minutes before switching canvases every 10 minutes for 40 minutes, which helped gauge their understanding and feelings toward collaboration and innovation.

Zain Iraq hosted an engaging event to encourage innovation, providing employees with materials to create an innovative watch prototype. Participants explored new ideas, from smartwatch features to sustainable materials, showcasing their vision of the perfect watch. The event was a huge success, sparking excitement and collaboration. This event not only recognized the team's creativity but also highlighted innovation's role in driving the organization forward.

Zain Jordan launched Monthly Departmental Talks to encourage proactive dialogue on departmental challenges, paving the way for innovative solutions. The first session had 136 participants and featured a panel discussion with Wesam Abu HashHash, Director of Technology and Digital Innovation, and Mohammad Azzam, Executive of Data Analytics AI. It was a collaborative platform where problems were collectively tackled by brainstorming innovative strategies.

Zain Group and Kuwait conducted a creativity session using the Lego Builder app to integrate Technology into Lego building. Teams of 3 were formed and raced to build their prototype. The team consisting of Fahed AlShammari, Lina Shammas, and Sami Elloumi won in just 45 minutes!
