We are proud to share the success of our sprint, “A Conversation with Our Chiefs”. We were joined by Meshal Al Kandari, Chief Commercial Officer Zain Kuwait, and Nawal Bou-Risli, Group Chief Purpose and HR Officer. The event began with an enlightening discussion on understanding purpose and the "Why" behind everything we do. The chiefs were then presented with questions regarding how Zain can start optimizing its customer journey and competitive advantage, the role employees should play in this process, and much more as they shared their input. It was a full house for this session and we have received great feedback.

We also hosted a Virtual Sprint with Abdulla Salmeen, Chief Customer Care Officer at Zain Bahrain, and Mohamed Samir, Chief Consumer Officer at Zain Iraq. The chiefs shared their input on Zain’s customer journey as well as Zain's development as a digital service provider. As the participants were from all Opcos, they had the opportunity to ask the chiefs about their respective Opcos and benefit from this unique input. The virtual event had an incredible turnout, with more than 120 Zainers in attendance.

To conclude both events, participants were given a sneak peek into the launch of Gamification, which focuses on making Zainiac more attractive, allowing users to collect points, earn badges, rise in levels, and climb the leaderboard. Participants were left with inspiring words from our chiefs and the drive to be innovative and submit ideas on Zainiac.
